1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 2999b platform and all related services. 2999b is an online gaming platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must register using your own accurate and truthful information.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you will be required to provide an active email address, mobile number, and other relevant information. If the information provided is false or incomplete, 2999b reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of security and legal compliance, 2999b may verify a user's identity at any time. Copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested if necessary. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be delayed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Never share your login information with any other person.

3.1 Account Security Guidelines

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.
• Do not log in through phishing links or unauthorized third-party sites.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorized Access

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on the 2999b platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the balance instantly.
• 2999b does not charge any additional fees for deposits, though charges from the payment provider may apply.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account that was used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if the identity verification process has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

2999b reserves the right to verify any transaction for security purposes. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious or unusual transactions, and the relevant transaction may be temporarily suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The 2999b welcome bonus applies to new members. To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be completed and the bonus must be activated.

• Welcome bonus: 200% of the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• To withdraw the bonus funds, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will begin from the moment the bonus is activated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from the bonus after meeting the wagering requirements will be withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the offer description.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• 2999b reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, though bonuses already activated will generally not be cancelled.
• There may be restrictions on playing certain games with bonus funds.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Bonuses

VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their level. For detailed information on cashback rates and amounts, please refer to the VIP Program section. Wagering requirements for cashback are determined separately.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 2999b platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We work with our game providers to ensure fair play.

6.2 Technical Errors

Incorrect results or unusual winnings displayed due to a technical error, server issue, or software bug will not be considered valid. In such situations, 2999b reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction.

6.3 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of that game will be determined based on server data. 2999b does not accept liability for losses caused by connection issues.

6.4 Game Provider Terms

The terms and conditions of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) may apply. By using these games, you are considered to have also accepted the terms of the relevant provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2999b platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Operating games using bots, automation software, scripts, or any artificial method.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or attempting to hack the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Abusing bonus terms or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Harassing other users or behaving inappropriately.
• Playing games on behalf of or for persons under the age of 21.

8 VIP Program

The 2999b VIP Program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

8.1 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

8.2 VIP Level Changes

VIP levels increase based on regular gameplay and deposits. VIP members who reach higher levels can enjoy more benefits and cashback. 2999b reserves the right to review and change VIP levels at its discretion.

8.3 Retention of VIP Benefits

2999b may change the terms of the VIP Program at any time. Members will be given reasonable advance notice before any changes are made.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Nature of the Service

Online gaming is inherently risky. You acknowledge that there is a possibility of financial loss and that 2999b is not responsible for such loss.

9.2 Technical Limitations

2999b strives to provide uninterrupted service, but will not be held responsible for temporary service disruptions due to the following reasons:

• Third-party server or network issues.
• Issues with the user's internet connection.
• Service downtime during maintenance work.
• Natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

9.3 Limit of Liability

In any situation, 2999b's liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant transaction.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by 2999b

2999b may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or deception.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Registration using false information.
• Failure to provide KYC documents on time.

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. In that case, the balance remaining in the account (if legitimately verified) can be withdrawn. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

10.3 Balance After Closure

After account closure, any valid balance will be returned within 30 days; however, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

11 Changes & Amendments to Terms

11.1 Effective Date of Changes

Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
